I've never painted a horse before. I found this picture and thought he was beautiful. So, I took the challenge. My friend Donna has done several paintings of horses. Actually, she does a great job with birds, too. She was a big help with this painting. Next project --Texas longhorns!
I tried selling this on the local blog on Facebook. No takers. A couple of people "liked" it but no one was willing to spend $50 for this painting framed.
