This is the beach in Oregon not far from Portland.  My god-son married his wife, Amanda, here on the beach at about the site of the log and the grass.  I painted this from a photo we took there and sent it to Tomas and Amanda as a present.  It arrived in time for their first anniversary.  I hope  they keep it always and remember the lovely place they chose to marry and the wonderful time we all had there with family and their friends.
